The Buffalo Grille opened its doors on Valentine's Day 1997. Pam & I, young and impetuous and in our mid-20's decided to take our youthful exuberance and apply it to a trade in which we both had plenty of experience. Fortunately, our customers were forgiving through all the hard lessons we learned. And in the years since, we have striven to improve your experience and service every year. Through it all, there was one lesson we never had to learn, and that is quality comes first.
